"NBC Universal on Monday also announced the completion of its acquisition of the Web site iVillage, where there will be a makeover contest connected to the "Today" morning show and a new one-hour daily program called "iVillage Live" to debut in December and be streamed live on iVillage.com and on NBC Universal owned and operated stations. "
