Friday Points Calculations
Okay, for my Weight Watcher Points thus far:
Bowl of Special K Vanilla Almond cereal w/ 1C FF milk: 5 points
Smoked Turkey Sandwich, 2 oz smoked turkey w/ 1 tbsp regular mayo, 2 slices Sara lee Honey Wheat bread: 7 points
4 Oreo cookies, two cookies are 3 points, so that's 6 points for that treat.
Grilled chicken sandwich: 6 points (chx = 3, bun 3); lettuce and tomato on sandwich
corn dog - 7 points (OUCH!!)
Total: 26 WW points (goal 22)
Lifestyle Points: (56 points)
Goal: 100 points per day
DIET:
2 pts per half cup serving of fruits and veggies up to 4C = 16 points (2 pts)
2 pts per half cup serving of dairy ("milk") up to 3C = 12 points (4 points)
2 pts per 2 ounces of grains up to 6 oz= 6 points (4 points)
1 point per ounce of meat / protein = 5 points (5 points)
11 points for journaling & meeting Weight Watcher Points goals (22 WW points per day) =
(11 pts)
3 points per 8 ounces of water up to 64 ounces = 24 points; If I make it to 24, I get a bonus point = 25 (25 poimts)
EXERCISE:10 points per workout up t0 30 a day (up to 1 hour optional but no additional points allowed) (forgettaboutit)
