The Apprentice 4
I thought, besides the overuse of the phrase "Step up to the plate!!", this season of The Apprentice 4 was really good. While we noticed that the majority of the candidates seemed not so qualified, the tasks were great, and the competition was still great in the grand scheme of things. We were suprised to see the drama this season in the form of cliques like Amanda, Alla, and Alisha (was there another one?, and was that her name?), in the sense- how did people this immature get past the interviews? But I guess you couldn't foresee that level of immaturity in a simple job interview unless it was indeed for 18 weeks. I have to say in the end Alisha impressed me the most out of that group ....
But Rebecca had me at the broken bone- week 2. She was just awesome. So calm, cool, and collected. Even Trump commended her on her ability to stay calm under pressure. I admired her class. I knew that we would not see a cat fight at the finale tonight, and was very suprised to see Randal even taking punches at Rebecca when they were SO not neccessary. I was losing respect for him them. Then he had to go and do what he did. Shame on you, Randall. I'm a firm believer in you reap what you sow, and he sowed some baaaaaaadd seed tonight. I say shame on all the other candidates who continued to cheer him on even after he told Trump not to hire Rebecca. What did he have to lose but a little bit of the limelight tonight??!!
Sadly, I will be watching the Today's Show tomorrow to see what he says. I sure hope he pleads insanity and renigs on what he says. Even then, Rebecca showed her class in simply saying "That's unfortunate".
On a good note, I found an article written by Rebecca's mother, for the Chicage Tribune! We see where Rebecca gets her journalism talent from, huh? What's better is I have found her personal website- http://www.rebeccajarvis.com/ :o)
What are your thoughts on this season of The Apprentice 4? Any?
